In this project, high-purity copper tubes were used to maximize thermal conductivity, while carbon steel tube sheets provided strong mechanical strength and pressure resistance.
This combination ensures both high efficiency and long-term durability.

The tube bundle defines how heat is exchanged between two fluids. One fluid flows inside the tubes, while the other flows on the shell side around the bundle.

Tube-to-tube sheet expansion and welding
Dimensional inspection
Leak testing and strength verification
Special attention was paid to copper tube handling to avoid deformation and ensure uniform expansion. All critical joints were inspected to guarantee mechanical integrity and sealing performance.
