U Tube Bundle For HE

U-tube heat exchanger has a simple structure with only one tube plate, few sealing surfaces, reliable operation and low cost; the tube bundle can be withdrawn from one side of the shell, which is convenient for mechanical cleaning or high-pressure water rinsing of the tube and shell processes, and reduces the maintenance cost; it can withstand high temperature, high pressure, and large temperature difference and other extreme conditions, and it is suitable for the occasions where there is a big difference in the temperature between the tube and the shell wall.

Application areas

Petrochemical industry: used for heating and cooling of crude oil, heat exchange in the production process of various chemical products, such as in the atmospheric decompression distillation device, used for heat exchange between crude oil and various hot or cold media, control the temperature of crude oil, to facilitate subsequent processing.

Power industry: in thermal power generation, it is used as a condenser to condense steam discharged from the steam turbine into water, and at the same time transfer heat to the cooling circulating water; it can also be used in nuclear power waste heat export, such as serving in the fourth-generation sodium-cooled fast reactors to realize the waste heat export.

Environmental protection field: it can be used in waste incineration flue gas purification, treating high temperature flue gas and removing pollutants; in carbon capture process, it realizes wide temperature range operation and reduces CO₂ compression energy consumption.
