Bad a U-shaped tube is equivalent to bad two tubes, the scrap rate is high. Tube process cleaning difficulties, tube process fluid must be clean and not easy to scale the material.
Scope of application: is a heat exchanger can be used for high temperature, high pressure, high temperature difference in the heat exchanger. Apply to the shell wall temperature difference or shell process media scaling need to be cleaned, and is not suitable for the floating head type and fixed tube plate occasions.
